Since Amazon has plans to enter this market w their own app for Fire TV users, I expect it to grow exponentially. Note that Amazon gets multiple revenue streams from this: from ads on this platform they own as well as selling the TV hardware.

The Google Podcasts creator program focuses on three pillars: empowering and training underrepresented voices, educating a global community with free tools, and showcasing the participants’ work as a model for others.
